Friends of Fish Creek is a small organization with a huge footprint. For this website redesign to be a success they need it to process event registrations, conduct surveys, handle online payments, without asking their web team.
Event Registration:
Friends of Fish Creek hosts events regularly and was tired of filing this personal information all the time. The remedy was hooking them up with Eventbrite directly through their website allowing simple registrations for existing & non-members.
Content Management System
Friends of Fish Creek sighed each time they wanted to make an update to their previous website. Updating images, surveys, events, etc. is now done in-house!
Virtual Surveys:
Back when gathering feedback from volunteers and events happened with a pen and paper it was nearly impossible to keep track of these records. With their new online surveys, all are nicely organized and easy to reference when it comes time to actually apply feedback recieved.

Online Payment Processing:
Events used to be paid for in person or by mailing a cheque, both options were time consuming for the Friends of Fish cCreek Staff. Payments can now be transacted online, eliminating yet another task on their daily list of to-do’s.
